      I am sorry this letter took me so long to write, but I just wanted you to know how very pleased we were with your employees and product during the purchase of our new cabinets and counter tops.  Our cabinets and counters for the kitchen are beautiful and give our complete kitchen make-over a terrific look.  We have already recommended your company to many of our friends.  Even more important is the attitude and helpfulness of your employees.  We had a few problems with the way the cabinets were working out, but no problem seemed too great to be fixed without any hassle or additional cost.  From our designer, John, the countertop installer, Scott, the delivery men, to the secretaries, Jane and Kim, everyone was helpful, friendly and made us feel like we were the only customers you had.  That feeling is very rare in the consumer market these days.  Please thank your entire staff for making this experience with your company a pure delight.
